2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active pk62 account. Registering multiple accounts (including accounts in the name of another person) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of balances.
2.4 Personal Use. Accounts on pk62 are for personal, recreational use only. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner is prohibited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC). pk62 may require users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in account restriction or withdrawal suspension.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk62 login credentials. pk62 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 5.2 Odds & Markets. All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the odds are fixed. pk62 uses decimal odds format as default. Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures — are subject to specific cricket betting rules available in the sportsbook help section.
5.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where the event is cancelled, abandoned, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 and the stake is returned to the user's account balance.
5.4 In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time feed availability. pk62 shall not be liable for bet outcomes resulting from delays in data feeds or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
5.5 Maximum Payout. pk62 applies a maximum single-event payout limit. This limit may vary by sport and market type. In the event that a bet would result in winnings exceeding the applicable limit, the payout will be capped at that limit and the excess will not be paid.

10.2 pk62's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 pk62 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

12.3 Users may close their pk62 account at any time by contacting support. Pending settled withdrawals will be processed to the user's verified payment method following standard processing timelines.
pk62 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
